Bankruptcy is a legal process and one which I'm afraid you need to take part in yourself. If you are petitioning for your own bankruptcy then you will have to complete the forms and take them to your local county court, you may have to stand in front of a judge, you will have an interview with an official receiver and you will get your name published as a bankrupt. You can't hide anywhere, thats why I wish I had a site like this when I went through my bankruptcy last year, I had no-one to guide me or 'hold my hand' so I learned the hard way.
